Are doodles hypoallergenic?
Not really, no — and honestly, no dog is completely hypoallergenic. That said, doodles with tighter, curlier Poodle-type coats shed a lot less than most breeds, which cuts down on the loose dander that triggers a lot of allergies. If you’re allergy-prone, it’s still worth spending time around the actual puppy before you bring one home.
How big do doodles get?
That really comes down to the parent breeds and the generation. A toy or mini doodle can stay under 25 lbs, while a standard Goldendoodle or Bernedoodle often grows into a 50–90 lb dog. Check the specific breed guide for the size range before you commit to a puppy.
What’s the difference between an F1 and F1B doodle?

How much grooming do doodles need?
More than most people expect. Plan on brushing a few times a week at home, plus a trip to the groomer roughly every 6–8 weeks. Skip it for too long, especially with a curlier coat, and mats build up fast.
Are doodles good with kids and other pets?
Generally, yes. Most doodle breeds were bred to be friendly and people-focused, so they tend to do well around kids and other animals, as long as they get socialized early instead of left to figure things out on their own.
How do I find a reputable Doodle breeder?
